Q: Do you shoot on location or only in your studio?

Q: I just had a viewing and ordered prints. How long do they take?
A: Our turnaround for prints is typically 3 weeks. We require about a week for retouching and our professional lab normally processes within a week, then ships. For wedding photos, we normally require between 4-6 weeks.
Q: Can I scan my prints so I can send them to friends and family?
A: Absolutely NOT! It is illegal. Our photos are not scan-able. Prints are imprinted with a copyright stamp on the reverse which comes through when scanning is attempted. Absolute Image retains full copyright ownership to your photos unless the digital files have been purchased.
Q: Do you do passport photos?
A: No, we do not. In the local area, Shoppers Drug Mart, WalMart and other studios offer this service.
